Il Segretario per la Pace di Servas International, Kim Jong-Soo, organizza a Bogotà (Colombia) dal 21 al 28 Marzo i seminari di Formazione dal titolo “To build Peace in harmony with the environment”.
Le lezioni si terranno presso la University El Bosque, Carrera 7 B Bis No. 132 – 11, Bogota.

The Servas Peace Training Experience is a course that is intended to help participants recognize and develop their personal goals for peace and develop the tools they need to implement regional and international peace projects. This course teaches people to become effective ambassadors for peace and to go beyond personal projects and become trainers or peace team leaders in their home communities. This course offers an exciting opportunity to discover new country, to see amazing places and make new friends.
Through this course, participants will be able to further explore these four core aspects of the course:

• Being: inner exploration and sharing
• Becoming: process of learning, of change
• Belonging: social, ethical consciousness- also, environmental ethics & principles
• Building: the team, action

Through this course, you will:

• recognize and develop personal goals for peace as a foundation for action.
• learn to become effective ambassadors for peace and/or peace team leaders in your own communities and abroad.
• leave the peace course with the inspiration and ability to develop unique local, regional or international peace projects/actions/initiatives
• make new networks of peace builders among participants.
• get a chance to discover a new country through the eyes of local people
• make new friends

Options for Accommodation:
1. A single bed in a multiple-bed room with delicious, traditional breakfasts, lunches and dinners offered by people in the region for more efficient work of the members participating parties.
